Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with precision
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement on invoice discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOX controls
- Assist month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Support AP audits and documentation requests
Qualifications
- 3+ years accounts payable experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- AP certification (CAPP) a plus
