Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile high-volume invoices with 99.9% accuracy
- Manage accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract alignment with billing terms
- Generate monthly financial reports for client presentations
- Optimize billing workflows using ERP systems (SAP/Oracle experience preferred)
- Handle client inquiries regarding billing statements and payment processing
- Support month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing is highly desirable
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) certification a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
