- Collaborate with coding teams to ensure CPT/ICD-10 alignment
- Conduct regular audits of billing processes for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience required
- Proficiency in Epic and NextGen EHR systems
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
