Responsibilities
- Process and generate accurate invoices for clients and vendors in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and payment.
- Resolve billing discrepancies, investigate errors, and answer complex customer inquiries.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions monthly.
- Update billing software records and maintain accurate digital filing systems.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or medical billing.
- Proficiency with billing software (e.g., QuickBooks, Meditech, or similar).
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
