Responsibilities
- Process high-volume invoices and expense reports with precision
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Execute timely payments via ACH, wire, and check
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement teams on payment terms
- Support month-end closing procedures
- Utilize SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills across teams
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
- CPA or AP certification a plus
