We are looking for a self-starter who can manage high-volume invoice processing with precision.
Responsibilities
- Review, verify, and accurately code high-volume invoices for payment.
- Process payments via ACH, wire transfer, and check in a timely manner.
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and answer vendor inquiries professionally.
- Reconcile vendor statements and maintain the vendor master file.
- Process employee expense reports and check requests.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the AP team to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle).
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
