Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices for accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and payment terms.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue payments via ACH, wire transfers, and checks.
- Maintain and update the accounts payable ledger and supporting documentation.
- Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment status.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or related finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or Xero).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
