Responsibilities
- Process 50+ vendor invoices daily with 99% accuracy
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with procurement on payment terms and discounts
- Generate monthly AP reports for financial review
- Execute wire transfers and ACH payments
- Maintain organized digital filing systems
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years accounts payable experience
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
