Responsibilities
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy and proper authorization
- Manage accounts payable ledger and reconcile vendor statements
- Execute timely payment processing via ACH, checks, and wire transfers
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor payment inquiries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on vendor management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of accounts payable or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
