Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.8% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies proactively
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and GL accounts monthly
- Optimize invoice processing workflows using Oracle ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit requirements
- Analyze aging reports and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with procurement and treasury teams on payment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience in tech or corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Oracle ERP and Microsoft Excel
- CPA certification or equivalent finance degree preferred
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with tight deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Experience with automated invoice processing systems (e.g., Ariba)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
