Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger activities and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit and loss reports.
- Process weekly payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and regulatory compliance audits.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop budget forecasts and financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
