Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing for 50+ employees with bi-weekly precision
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance
- Develop cash flow forecasts and budget analysis models
- Collaborate with tax consultants for quarterly filings
- Maintain accurate general ledger with ERP systems
- Lead month-end close processes with documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Expertise in GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Proven experience with multi-entity accounting
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
