Responsibilities
- Process 100+ invoices daily with 99.5% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage payment cycles including ACH/wire transfers
- Optimize AP workflows using NetSuite ERP
- Lead month-end closing activities
- Collaborate with procurement on vendor contracts
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of high-volume AP experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite/SAP
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Proven leadership in process optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting
