- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 diverse business clients
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and investment portfolios monthly
- Prepare monthly financial statements with variance analysis
- Oversee A/P, A/R, and payroll processing for assigned clients
- Implement QuickBooks Online optimizations for efficiency
- Collaborate with tax team during quarterly reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and industry-specific regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPA or advanced certification (e.g., CB) highly valued
- Experience with multi-client accounting platforms
