- Process payroll and tax filings with weekly pay coordination
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for client reporting
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-department teams on budget forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in fast-paced environments
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
