Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage accounts payable/receivable with weekend processing deadlines
- Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Analyze financial data for variance reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 2+ years of accounting experience (weekend shift preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) a plus
