Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify and reconcile timekeeping data against attendance records
- Calculate and process garnishments, bonuses, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Texas payroll regulations
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain confidential payroll records and document retention protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficient in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Deep understanding of FICA, FUTA, and Texas state unemployment taxes
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and VLOOKUP expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
