Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial reports (P&L, cash flow, variance analysis)
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting processes
- Support strategic initiatives through scenario analysis and ROI modeling
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and performance
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
- Present findings to executive leadership with data-driven recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
