Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with precision
- Provide personalized financial advice and cross-sell banking products/services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to senior staff
- Open new accounts and assist with digital banking platform adoption
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Participate in ongoing training on banking regulations and products
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
