Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Assist with tax preparation, payroll processing, and accounts payable/receivable
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial accuracy
- Support annual audits by compiling documentation and responding to inquiries
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for financial reporting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting or bookkeeping
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial controls
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
