Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and quarter-end closing processes during weekend shifts
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with precision and accuracy
- Reconcile bank accounts and ensure financial data integrity
- Process payroll and expense reports within strict deadlines
- Assist with audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial operations
- Implement process improvements for weekend accounting workflows
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting qualification
- Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience
- Proven experience with weekend or shift-based financial operations
- Expert proficiency in accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
