Responsibilities
- Reconcile Bank Statements: Perform accurate daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards.
- Accounts Management: Process and manage accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and generate monthly financial statements and balance sheets.
- Payroll Support: Assist with weekly payroll processing for the weekend team.
- General Ledger: Maintain and update the general ledger with precision and attention to detail.
- Filing & Compliance: Organize physical and digital filing systems and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage Intacct.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
