Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger activities and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct thorough bank reconciliations and perform variance analysis.
- Assist with year-end audits and corporate tax preparations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and major accounting software.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
