Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
- Support the Payroll Department with data verification and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant experience (internships or entry-level roles accepted).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/SAP preferred).
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
