Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processing.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and post journal entries for weekly financial reporting.
- Manage payroll processing and tax document preparation.
- Assist in the month-end close process and financial statement generation.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical financial records.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
