Responsibilities
Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness.Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving reports.Enter and update vendor information in the ERP system.Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.Assist with month-end close procedures and financial reporting.Maintain organized filing systems for all financial documents.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial terminology.Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
