Responsibilities
- Process and audit high-volume invoices for accuracy, coding, and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours.
- Prepare and issue weekend payments via ACH and wire transfers.
- Maintain the AP ledger, ensuring proper documentation and filing.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding billing inquiries.
- Assist the AP team with month-end close activities and variance analysis.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage large data sets.
- Ability to work independently and manage a heavy workload during weekends.
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Knowledge of GAAP principles.
