Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Process payroll with a focus on timely and accurate disbursements.
- Ensure all financial documentation is organized and compliant with US tax laws.
- Collaborate with team members in our Las Vegas and Texas offices to streamline financial processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and US tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
