Responsibilities
- Process and verify a high volume of invoices (A/P) with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice status and payment schedules.
- Maintain and update the AP ledger and supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly and weekly financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors before processing.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Must be available to work the specific weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
