Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle accounting processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close procedures
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing for weekend operations
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
