Responsibilities
- Manage weekend financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare month-end closing reports and financial statements
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Handle weekend payroll processing for assigned client portfolios
- Resolve financial discrepancies and document audit trails
- Collaborate with weekday team members for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and MS Excel (advanced functions)
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
