Responsibilities
- Execute weekend month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Reconcile bank accounts and process weekend transactions
- Prepare weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Support weekend audit preparation and compliance documentation
- Assist with weekend accounts payable/receivable processing
- Generate weekend financial statements and variance analyses
- Collaborate with weekday team during handover periods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend/shift work
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong GAAP knowledge and compliance expertise
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- CPA or CPA candidate preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
