Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume bank reconciliations and credit card statements with 100% accuracy.
- Process and verify accounts payable and receivable transactions daily.
- Assist the finance team with the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Prepare and maintain general ledgers and generate ad-hoc financial reports.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Support internal and external audits during the weekend window.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general ledger accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- CPA or CMA certification is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and exceptional attention to detail.
