Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Process payroll and accounts payable/receivable on weekends
- Prepare tax documents and ensure compliance with IRS regulations
- Analyze financial data using QuickBooks and Excel
- Conduct internal audits and reconcile bank statements
- Collaborate with remote Ohio-based finance team members
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of weekend accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with multi-state operations (Ohio knowledge a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
