Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis
- Analyze variance reports and performance metrics to identify operational trends
- Prepare executive dashboards and KPI reports for C-suite leadership
- Collaborate with department heads on strategic financial planning initiatives
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with journal entries and reconciliations
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis for M&A opportunities and market expansion
- Maintain compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or advisory setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Proven track record of process improvement in financial operations
