Responsibilities
- Execute the weekly and month-end closing procedures for general ledger accounts.
- Process and verify high-volume accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Perform accurate bank reconciliations and investigate variances.
- Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and local regulations.
- Assist in the month-end audit preparation and documentation.
- Manage expense reports and invoice approval workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
