Responsibilities
- Execute weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial statements for client review
- Manage weekend payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Conduct weekend month-end closing procedures and variance reporting
- Support weekend audits and internal control assessments
- Collaborate with weekday teams on cross-functional financial projects
- Maintain weekend financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of Wisconsin tax regulations
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
