Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend financial transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and weekend closing reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable for weekend operations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and audit trails for weekend activities
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and weekend accruals
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Multilingual abilities (Spanish/English) a plus
- Ability to work independently in a weekend environment
