Responsibilities
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for weekend operations
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and tax filings
- Conduct weekend account audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support weekend financial reporting for client portfolios
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-month accounting tasks
- Implement weekend-specific internal controls and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with weekend shift accounting systems
