Responsibilities
- Perform weekly general ledger reconciliations and prepare accurate financial statements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records and archives.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc reporting and analysis.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and MS Excel.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
