Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.9% accuracy
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Manage payment schedules for 500+ domestic/international vendors
- Collaborate with procurement team on invoice processing workflows
- Prepare month-end closing reports for AP department
- Maintain electronic filing system with audit-ready documentation
- Support cross-departmental financial initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPA or AP certification preferred
- Ability to work independently during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience with international payment processing
