Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekend transactions with precision
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Conduct weekend payroll processing and verification
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and Oregon tax regulations
- Proven experience with financial reporting
