Responsibilities
- Process a high volume of invoices (A/P) with 100% accuracy, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and posting.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently to maintain positive vendor relationships.
- Review and audit expense reports for compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing necessary journal entries and reports.
- Maintain the AP aging report and identify delinquent accounts for follow-up.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) to manage financial data and generate required reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve workflows and reduce processing errors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle Accounts Payable.
- Experience with accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or Ariba) is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic accounting principles.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively during the night shift.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be available to work nights (e.g., 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM or similar shift).
