Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and financial reconciliations
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing and vendor communications
- Prepare weekend financial reports and regulatory compliance documentation
- Assist with audit preparations and internal control assessments
- Support weekend payroll processing and tax filing submissions
- Collaborate with weekday team on financial strategy implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift availability
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance expertise
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance a plus
