Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing cycles
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with weekend month-end closing procedures
- Support weekend payroll processing for client businesses
- Generate weekend financial reports for client reviews
- Maintain accurate weekend transaction records in QuickBooks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong weekend shift availability (Sat/Sun 8am-4pm)
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
- CPA or active CPA candidate preferred
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
