Responsibilities
- Process and code high-volume invoices accurately and timely to ensure payment schedules are strictly met.
- Perform data entry and maintenance of vendor master files, ensuring 100% data integrity across the system.
- Reconcile accounts payable statements and promptly resolve any discrepancies with vendors.
- Assist with month-end close procedures and ad-hoc financial reporting tasks.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding payment status and inquiries.
- Utilize accounting software to track expenses and maintain audit trails.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience in Accounts Payable or general accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in high-volume data.
- Must be available to work the night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM or 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
