Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for weekend client assignments
- Manage weekend accounts payable/receivable processing and reconciliations
- Conduct weekend bank reconciliations and variance reporting
- Assist with weekend payroll processing for client businesses
- Support weekend month-end closing procedures and reporting
- Handle weekend VAT returns and tax compliance documentation
- Collaborate with weekday team for seamless financial operations
Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years of practical accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks Online
- Proven weekend or shift work availability in finance roles
- Strong attention to detail with error reconciliation skills
- UK GAAP and HMRC compliance knowledge
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
