Responsibilities
- Process weekend accounts payable/receivable transactions with precision
- Perform monthly reconciliations for bank statements and general ledgers
- Prepare financial reports and statements for client review
- Assist with payroll processing and tax documentation
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with weekday accounting team for seamless workflow
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (required)
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 5 PM)
