Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile accounts payable/receivable during weekend shifts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax compliance submissions
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
- Collaborate with auditors during weekend engagements
- Monitor cash flow and prepare weekend financial summaries
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience
- QuickBooks proficiency and advanced Excel skills
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Colorado CPA license preferred
- Weekend availability essential (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
