Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for weekend clients
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions
- Manage accounts payable/receivable processing
- Assist with weekend payroll preparation and verification
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Support month-end closing procedures on weekends
- Provide weekend client support for accounting inquiries
- Contribute to weekend financial reporting initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays)
